Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlphaWhiskey Software's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

AlphaWhiskey Software provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Backend system development
• API development and integration
• Database design and optimization
• Cloud infrastructure management
• Software maintenance and support

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to the following terms:

• Project scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement
• Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity
• Client feedback and approval is required at designated milestones
• All intellectual property rights will be transferred upon final payment
• Source code remains the property of AlphaWhiskey Software until full payment is received

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit is required to begin any project
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Additional features or changes beyond original scope will incur extra charges

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• AlphaWhiskey Software retains copyright to all code and designs created
• Client receives a license to use the final product for their business purposes
• Third-party components and libraries maintain their original licenses
• Client may not redistribute or resell the software without permission

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Proprietary business information
• Client data and project details
• Source code and technical implementations
• Trade secrets and proprietary processes

7. Warranty and Support

AlphaWhiskey Software provides:

• 30-day bug-fix warranty on completed projects
• Basic support for 90 days post-delivery
• Extended support packages available for additional cost
• No warranty for third-party integrations or client modifications

8. Limitation of Liability

AlphaWhiskey Software's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to termination date.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
