Questions
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is there a refund?+
Yes. If you are not happy in the first 14 days of your first month, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full and cancel. If we already registered your domain, we keep its actual cost (about $11 for a .com).
Do I really see the site before paying?+
Yes. We build a free preview first. You only pay when you decide to go live.
Is a domain included?+
One standard domain (up to $20/yr, like most .com names) is included on both plans. We register and renew it for you while you are subscribed. Premium or extra domains are quoted separately.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?+
We can give you the transfer code so you can move the domain to your own registrar for a one-time $50 fee. Otherwise we hold it until it expires.
What content updates are included?+
Reasonable content updates you send us: changes to hours, services, prices, photos, text, and contact details. Brand-new pages or major redesigns are quoted separately.
What does Google Business Profile management include?+
On the $99 plan we publish a post and photo update each month, reply to your Google reviews, and keep your hours and services current.
